- Goodbye Malcolm ! October saw Malcolm Fletcher, our lead driver retire after 9 years of loyal service. He has been a good friend to staff and customers alike and will be greatly missed. We wish him well in his retirement.
- Customer Satisfaction, the Advance Group sent out questionnaires to customers asking their opinion on namy things, including level of service, pricing, staff, value for money and delivery of promise. 87% of replies found the Advance Group to be grade 4 or 5 (5 being excellent). No replies gave Advance level 1 (very bad). We are using all the information gathered to continue to improve all aspects of our service to all our customers.

- Advance Packing have had a few busy months packing and sending the belongings and personal effects of some Staff Members of The University of Nottingham over to China.
- Advance Packing had a very successful summer with increase in sales of up to 40%.
Advance were proud to pack and ship a full size replica of the Liberty Bell.
The replica, complete with the famous crack, was cast by The Whitechapel bell Foundry in London, the oldest trading company in the United Kingdom. The original Liberty Bell was cast in London in 1752.
It cracked almost immediately and after being re-cast is thought to have been first rung in public for the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
